Call It a Hobby Gone Wild...

For Noel Bullard, at the young age of 12 and living in Corpus Christi, guitar became a passion.  His influences run from The Beatles, Buddy Holly,  Jimmy Page, SRV, Albert Collins and the 3 "Kings", Albert, B.B. and Freddy...however, upon hearing Jimi Hendrix, he was hooked for good.

A few years ago, the dream to start a blues/rock band was rekindled in him.  With the help of power drummer Mark Wheeler and bassist John Gammill, 29 East was born out on the Bullard Ranch in Kimble County.  The band gelled immediately and within a whirlwind 12 weeks(give or take), they learned almost 50 classics from all of their mutual influences.  Although John has moved on, 29 East welcomes Prince Ricker on bass.  The band honors the songs they cover by playing them with fire, passion and soul.

Side Note: At this time, Noel has finished recording his first CD on analog 2" tape at Hidden Creek Studio in Mountain Home, Texas, which features all original material.  The music has been mastered by Jerry Tubb at Terra Nova Audio, Inc in Austin, Texas. You can find "In the Glow" on ITunes, CD Baby, Spotify, Apple Music, etc or contact Noel for a CD.
